We just wanted to say a very big Thank You for the absolutely delicious meals you served for our Ruby Wedding celebration. We've had nothing but praise from everyone for the quality, portion size and fantastic flavour of everything you offered. It was amazing how quickly you set up, working professionally, calmly, efficiently and unobtrusively. Your waitress was so efficient serving with such ease. We really enjoyed everything and are happy to recommend you unreservedly.

Even the committed carnivores in our party enjoyed your delicious vegetarian feast, so many thanks for everything and for the calm, friendly, professional service you and your lovely helpers provided. Thank you for the lovely spread you prepared for us for my birthday party. I have had some lovely messages of thanks from guests who particularly praised the food and the pleasant but unobtrusive service from you and the two girls. The two coeliac guests were particularly impressed with how you had accomodated their dietary requirements. The whole occasion felt very relaxed and it was nice not to have to do any clearing up afterwards.

Thank you so much for everything you did to make Thursday such a success. Everyone said the food was brilliant and even the ones who can be rather fussy ate everything! It was all quite delicious and perfect, and then to have no washing up to do afterwards was unbelievable!

Caroline cooked up a storm for our wedding in March 2013.  She put on a mouth-watering spread for our 120 guests, the food was heavenly and everything went smoothly (in spite of it being a tricky venue to work with - tipi, domestic kitchen etc). We had a selection of tasty healthy canapes, an antipasti starter (on sharing platters), and for the main course the Rioja braised lamb shanks with chorizo,  with saffron potatas bravas and spinach and ginger stew.      We really enjoyed working with Caroline because: • Flexibility - Caroline was really accommodating when it came to our suggestions and also worked with us to find a dazzling menu to fit with our budget • Incredible food and great variety - everyone commented on the quality of the food.  We really loved having a Spanish-esque theme, it worked really well. • Excellent price - we did A LOT of research before deciding to work with Caroline - she provided excellent value and was very respectful of our budget. • Peace of mind - we met up a couple of times before the big day, both at Caroline's charming woodland cottage where we sampled some of the dishes,  chatted through the plans and drank some wine!   We really enjoyed ourselves during the meetings, and felt very relaxed as a result. • Wonderful person -  the absolute best thing about working with Caroline is... Caroline!  She is warm, welcoming and very witty.  This all took the edge off the whole organising process and made it a pleasure. Thanks again Caroline - it wouldn't have been the same without you!

We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful meal you provided for us all on Saturday. We thought you and all your helpers did a brilliant job looking after us and you all went a long way towards making Anna and Mike's Wedding Reception a day to remember. The Canapes you made were a great success and gave us a tasty indication of what was to come and we were'nt disappointed! Please thank everyone involved very much - especially the girls who cleared up at the end! We are extremely grateful to you all and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend you to anyone. All our guests gave very favourable comments about the menu as well.

Fantastic food, well cooked flavoursome and delicious served by 3 well mannered but fun waitresses.Caroline kept the meal flowing perfectly, all of our guest complimented how well it was run and how wonderful the food was. Well done Caroline would one hundred percent use you again.

A brilliant cook. She understood exactly what I needed for a marquee party for 100 (2 courses) and her food exceeded expectation. Everyone loved the Moroccan main courses and the puddings were divine too. Like her, her staff team were great; friendly and efficient. I recommend Caroline Very Highly

We have been depending on Caroline Bussell for twelve years and she has never let us down. She can do everything: family kitchen suppers, perfect picnics, mad barbeques in the woods and big, formal dinners and always with a smile on her face and never phased, however much the pressure is on. She has made weekend entertaining a real pleasure for us at Cox’s Mill, and returning guests now anxiously ask if ‘Caroline is cooking’! What we like best is that she has very much her own style and yet a wide range of dishes from different culinary cultures. I could not recommend her more.

Me and Ian would like to say a massive thank you for doing the catering for our wedding. The food was so delicious - all our guests loved the food and everything went down really well. Thank you so much for catering for my family on Easter Sunday. I'm amazed at how you managed to cook so many different dishes and stay calm! The young enjoyed the pasta and the older ones agreed that they had never had better Thai food. Until the next celebration!

Above all else the meal and the whole occasion in the tent were most memorable. I have no idea how Caroline managed to produce such a high quality meal for an outdoor occasion. Why was she not in the boy scouts when I was a patrol leader? I would love her to open a branch in Edinburgh - we could do with a touch of class in the catering field.
